About the Team

Premier QDRO Solutions was founded by Tammie Williams to bring clarity, accuracy, and administrative confidence to one of the most technical aspects of divorce: the division of retirement benefits.
Before founding Premier QDRO Solutions, Tammie spent ten years supporting the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) — the federal agency responsible for administering the Thrift Savings Plan for millions of federal employees and uniformed service members. In that role, she worked within a unit responsible for evaluating hundreds of Retirement Benefits Court Orders each month for compliance with federal and plan-specific requirements.
That level of firsthand exposure provides rare insight that most QDRO providers simply cannot offer — a deep understanding of how retirement plans interpret order language, where delays most commonly occur, and what details are essential for an order to be accepted the first time.
Tammie’s background in law further informs her work, giving her a strong command of the legal framework that governs retirement asset division and allowing her to work seamlessly alongside family law attorneys on behalf of their clients.
Today, Premier QDRO Solutions applies that knowledge to help individuals and law firms prepare orders that are clear, complete, and aligned with plan expectations. Our goal is simple: reduce uncertainty, minimize revisions, and help matters move forward efficiently.
