While we prepare documents to comply with plan requirements, final acceptance rests with:
- The court
- The retirement plan administrator
- Applicable governing agencies
We cannot guarantee approval timelines or outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier QDRO Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
